Order Processing
Once you place an order on our website, it goes through the following process:
- Our system processes your order.
- Each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition.
- After passing the final quality check, the product is securely packed.
- The package is then handed over to our trusted delivery partner for shipment.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or deliver at the scheduled time, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Packaging
We ensure that every order is packed with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Products are packed in secure boxes
- Boxes are protected with an outer plastic layer
- Each individual product is wrapped in protective bubble wrap
Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard delivery time: 1–4 Working Days
Exceptions (remote locations or high demand periods):
- 6–15 Working Days
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We apply a flat shipping charge of ₹100 on most orders across India.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or shipping fee waivers through discount codes.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India for your convenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:
- Your tracking number
- The courier partner details
You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
